Girls Fitness | Ages 10-13 (grades 5th-8th)
Overview
Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am. Each class is 45 minutes long.
Our goal is to get stronger through body-weight (and some light dumbbell weights) exercises as well as increase our speed through plyometric and agility training. Instilling muscle memory at a young age should give your child a huge advantage in all aspects of athletics moving forward! Your child doesn’t have to be on a sports team to benefit. Regular fitness should be a part of every child’s routine.
