Nutrition Sessions
FREE Initial Consultation
Let’s start your journey with a conversation. We’ll chat about your personal goals, where you are now, and how we can help you make consistent progress – no matter your starting point. It’s a no-pressure, judgment-free zone.
30 Min Nutrition Session - $50
Get a deeper dive into your nutrition goals. We’ll assess your current eating habits, talk about the mindset needed for balanced, healthy eating, and provide the motivation you need to stay on track—without any judgment.
60 Min Nutrition Session - $75
This extended session gives us more time to focus on your goals, discuss what you’ve tried so far (even if it’s nothing yet!), and create a sustainable plan that fits your lifestyle. We’re here to make healthy eating something you can stick with.
Monthly Nutrition Subscription - $300/mo
- A 60-minute, in-depth kickoff discussion of your personal goals (decrease body fat, increase muscle mass, body recomposition, and how nutrition makes up the biggest part of these).
- 3 additional 15-minute virtual (or in-person) coaching sessions each month to review your current status and make changes to your plan as needed.
- Customizable, personal, and proactive text check-ins throughout the week to provide motivation and accountability.
- Recipes and inspiration for meal preps and snacks to help keep you on track.
This unique weight loss challenge is run several times a year.
