What’s Included
*Gym Membership: 5am-10pm any day.
*Access to group workouts with a trainer





Workouts only take an hour. Kids can start any time in that window. If they don’t complete the workout before the hour is up, they can always stay and finish it on their own.
*The trainer will lead the athletes through a workout and show them proper form.
Miss a session? No problem. You’ll have full access to the gym, so you can make it up anytime!
